| Description | The main tendency of the present day widespread use of the positive experience and cultural heritage of the past. In this regard, the study of rituals related to family-marriage relations of particular significance and relevance. The authors performed the analysis of the scientific literature on this issue, which allowed to conclude that for the representatives of modern Kazakh society is characterized by the veneration of family values, the revival of their ethnic and cultural traditions and respect them in the process of family life. Special attention is given to the doctoral thesis of H. A. Argynbaev "Family and Marriage Among the Kazakhs". It presents of the author's multifaceted and deep ethnographic analysis of family and marriage of Kazakhs in different historical periods. This is especially true of questions about forms of marriage, weddings and wedding ceremonies. Also the analysis of the thesis of Kazakh historian and ethnographer S. H. Shalgimbaeva, who studied traditions, customs and rituals of wedding, maternity and children's cycle observed currently. The analysis of the traditions and customs of Kazakh people, was found that today for the Kazakhs, as before, the most important values are family, children, health and well-being of loved ones. |
