Description
The article is devoted to the study of the interpretation specifics of the Kazakh heroic epos "Koblandy Batyr" in the work of the Kazakh composer Zh. Tezekbayev (1954-2004), who created in 1982 in an innovative genre the work "The Heroic Epos "Kobylandy Batyr" for Voice and Symphony Orchestra”. The author's vision of the folk primary source in this work reflected the artistic tendencies of the time, presenting one of the forms of comprehending epic imagery by means of symphonic writing. The musicological study of the work of Zh. Tezekbayev opened up the opportunity to look at the folk epic primary source as a specific “text of culture”, the modern reading of which reflects the sociocultural changes that have taken place in society.
