| Description | Kazakh yurta - a traditional dwelling, existing since antiquity, is used up to the present time. The uniqueness of this type of dwelling, the architecture created from felt and a flexible willow rod, has become today for every Kazakh a capacious symbol of the Motherland, the ancient culture of the people. The main goal is to show the role and place of the Kazakh yurt in the Kazakh worldview system, as well as the semantic meaning of the details and parts of the Kazakh traditional dwelling. The article examines the details of the yurt as an ethnographic source in studies of the traditional perception of the Kazakhs. The studied object of the article is not just a physical description of the yurt, but also conveys its semantic meaning. In the article, the symbol is considered as a sign characterizing its special significance. As a result of the analysis of materials, the authors came to the conclusion that the yurt with the original architectural solution, with a complex semantic meaning, reflects the level of cultural development of the Turkic-Mongolian tribes, their complex ideology. Thus, the symbolism of the yurt in the traditional outlook of the Kazakhs determined the world outlook experience of everyday life. |
