| Description | The folk-long song “Erdeniin Galbarvas Mod” has been passed on in the oral and written versions. It is one of the long songs, in which the Mongolian ceremony, respect, and belief were absorbed, and it is considered a gur song on the one hand and the first song of a feast on the other. The song is popular in Mongolia and among the Uzemchins of the left Uzemchin banner, Shiliin gol province, Inner Mongolia, and China. During its spreading process, the song has had different versions of its lyrics and melody. The title of the song has been written and passed on in three different ways. The spreading and research of the song are briefly introduced in this article. |
