Description	The second volume of the Anthology of Steppe Folklore is compiled of the heroic epic songs grouped under the collection ‘Forty Heroes of the Crimea’. It was documented by the famous epic singer Muryn Zhyrau Sengirbekuly in the period of 1939-1948. This epic cycle describes the main historical events of the Golden Horde and then Turkic states that arose in the XIV-XVII centuries after its decline.
