| Description | This article is devoted to a brief ethnographic characterization of the main issues of folk veterinary medicine among Kazakhs. The information set forth in this essay has been collected by the author for decades during a visit to various livestock regions of the country. It is a compilation of a part of ethnographic expeditions as a result of direct conversations with old people who know the people's lives and have experienced medicines, as well as through direct observation in the treatment of certain animal diseases. Also, ethnographic materials were widely used, which were previously published by the author on this issue. |
